Deerfield sees 11 deeds recorded, but sale prices lag for most
Eleven property deeds were recorded in Deerfield between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but sale prices have posted for only two so far: $150,000 at 55 Sawmill Plain Road and $249,000 at 13 Braeburn Road, a midpoint of $199,500. The other nine sales show "price not yet available," a normal data lag rather than withheld information. Sawmill Plain Road was the only street with more than one sale. Both priced transactions listed a bank as buyer. With price data missing for most of the month's sales, the broader market tone cannot yet be read from dollar figures alone.
