The remaining nine deeds, including two same-day filings tied to Greenfield Savings Bank and K Realty LLC, and two same-day filings on Captain Lathrop Drive, had no consideration recorded yet amounts. Financial institutions appeared as buyer or seller in six of the 11 transfers. With most prices not yet recorded, the data offer only a partial view of market conditions this period.
