DEERFIELD — The Deerfield Ad Hoc Senior Housing Committee reviewed status on multiple initiatives. All four members were present at the July 15 meeting: Chair Lili Dwight, Carolyn Shores Ness, Pam Predmore, and C. Blake Gilmore.

The committee unanimously approved minutes from two prior meetings, discussed the expansion of TRIAD needs beyond heating to include air conditioning and devices, and reviewed progress on initiatives including the St. James archiving project, an RFP removal, brownfields work, and FRCOG outreach. The committee discussed potential uses of first-time home buyer funding from the Community Preservation Committee and outlined various approaches to senior housing planning.
