Senior Housing Committee continues RFP work, public safety concerns raised

DEERFIELD — Ad Hoc Senior Housing Committee advances RFP and farmer initiatives. Committee members Lili Dwight, Blake Gilmore, Pam Predmore, and Carolyn Ness met on July 29 to review the senior housing RFP, with Dwight heading the review process. The committee unanimously approved prior minutes.
Carolyn Ness reported on a Fiscal Regional Council of Governments farmland identification grant, scheduled for September 23. During public comment, Holly Lankowski asked that public safety criteria be included in the RFP and requested a digital version, while Robert Decker requested copies of the RFP responses and hazardous assessment.
