Deerfield extends senior housing RFP to July 9 for environmental assessment. The Ad Hoc Senior Housing Committee voted unanimously to approve prior meeting minutes and extended the RFP deadline to allow incorporation of a Brownfields assessment report expected by the end of May. The committee approved responses to developer questions.
After the Select Board declined to pursue a demolition grant, the committee is exploring alternative building removal approaches.
