DEERFIELD — South County Senior Center board seeks budget increase for rent. Director Jennifer Ferrara, Outreach Coordinator Chris Goudreau, and Program Coordinator Thomas Patria presented information on the center's current offerings to board members and the public. Three board members were present: Joyce Palmer-Fortune, Trevor McDaniel, and Daniel Murphy.
The board sought budget increases of approximately $200,000 annually to fund rent for a property at 112 Amherst Road in Sunderland, with senior center members advocating for the proposed location.
