Deerfield Selectboard approves Building Advisory Committee Charter and multiple abatements. The board unanimously approved the Town Building Advisory Committee Charter on July 8, establishing governance structure for the five-member voting committee consisting of Julie Chalfant, Greg Franceschi, Dave Wolfram, Peter Lankowski, and John Cunningham, plus three ex-officio members, to plan building maintenance and capital projects over 20 years. The board also approved a $2,606.13 sewer abatement for Orufol Americas Inc. for irrigation usage and a $38.83 EV charging fee abatement for Ben Hunter, and accepted the resignation of paramedic A.J.
Muszynski transitioning to per diem effective July 12. Peter Lankowski was appointed to the Town Building Advisory Committee for a three-year term.
