Planning Board endorses Wapping Road lot-split plan

Deerfield Planning Board unanimously endorses plan to split property on Wapping Road. Denise Mason, Chair, and all seven board members present voted to approve the Approval Not Required plan to divide the parcel into two lots, separating land under Agricultural Preservation Restriction from non-restricted land. The board also elected Emily Gaylord to serve as Planning Board Clerk alongside her role as Vice Chair.
Planning staff reported that the town has signed a contract with the Conway School for a Housing Analysis project and will seek grant funding for a new Master Plan.
