Deerfield Personnel Board updates police assistant job description. The board reviewed the Police Department Administrative Assistant position with Town Administrator Christopher Dunne and recommended regrading from Grade C to Grade E, removing redundant language, adopting gender-neutral language, and considering a title change to Staff Assistant or Departmental Assistant. Dunne said he would bring the changes to Police Chief Paciorek Jr for confirmation and return the revised description to the board on February 10.
