Deerfield Personnel Board unanimously approves Police Staff Assistant job reclassification. The board approved the revised Police Staff Assistant Job Description with implementation required by July 1st. Town Administrator Christopher Dunne will coordinate with Town Counsel to finalize job terminology and determine the appropriate grade level, currently recommended as grade E.
The board also discussed a draft Performance Management Policy combining evaluation frameworks from members Eric Farrell and Holly Lankowski.
