DEERFIELD — This week's column carries a notice for one Deerfield-resident obituary published in the past week, posted via The Recorder/Legacy.com.
Jane Konvelski, 86, of South Deerfield, died Sunday, October 4, 2026, at Baystate Hospital, following a brief battle with cancer. She was born November 23, 1939. Full obituary at The Recorder (via Legacy.com): https://www.legacy.com/us/obituaries/recorder/name/jane-konvelski-obituary?id=62708108.
Notices compiled from Legacy.com, Echovita, Tribute Archive, and Patch. No qualifying Deerfield, MA resident obituaries were found elsewhere in this week's sources; several other listings reviewed either predate this coverage period, named only an incidental Deerfield connection (such as school attendance), or lacked enough information in the available text to confirm Deerfield residency and were omitted accordingly.
Compiled from funeral home notices and published obituaries.
