Deerfield Historical Commission backs 1812 Meeting House restoration project. The commission unanimously approved a letter supporting a Community Preservation Act application for the 1812 Meeting House Clock Tower Restoration and Re-Use Engineering Report at its February 9 meeting, with five members and two alternates present. Chair Ben Bensen reported that the commission is also advancing a CPA application for the Mill Village Cemetery and reviewing plans for the 1881 Church Restoration project.

The commission allocated $1,175 in budget funding for the next fiscal year.
