Eight Deerfield deeds recorded in late July, but only half disclose a price

Deerfield recorded eight property transfers between July 17 and July 27, 2026, with no deeds recorded for the rest of the review period through Aug. 15. Only four of the eight sales disclosed a price, ranging from $25,000 to $116,000, with a median of $75,000. The top disclosed sale was 34 Hillside Road at $116,000. Notably, a bank or trust company was the buyer in all four disclosed-price transactions, including Greenfield Savings Bank in three of them. Two other transfers, on Sugarloaf Street, moved between trusts connected to the Gromacki family name. With half the period's sales lacking public pricing, the data offers only a partial view of market conditions.
