DEERFIELD — Board of Assessors handles routine matters and hears assessment concern. The board voted 2-0 to approve January meeting minutes, with member Frank Leone abstaining due to absence. Resident Shirley Howard appeared to contest her condo assessment increase, contending that similar-sized units elsewhere in town are assessed lower; the board noted her concerns and agreed to review her property records.
