Deerfield Board of Assessors approves 2026 mapping contract and routine motor vehicle business. Board members Skip Sobieski and Charles Shattuck voted 2-0 to accept the previous meeting's minutes. In other business, the board approved and signed the 2025 and 2026 Motor Vehicle Excise Commitments #07 and #01.
The board also approved the 2026 mapping contract. Clerk Karen Menard was directed to send a letter to Map 173 lot 62.2 regarding statutory requirements to bring assessments to fair market value.
