Deerfield Board of Health authorizes court enforcement of condemned Lower Road property. The Board voted unanimously 3-0 to authorize Town Counsel to file an enforcement action in Superior Court against owners of a school bus used as residence at Map-Lot 29-2 on Lower Road, deemed unfit for human habitation on March 6. The condemnation order was served on March 9 with a March 23 compliance deadline; Superior Court enforcement will be filed if compliance is not confirmed by that date.
