DEERFIELD — Ad Hoc Senior Housing Committee authorizes chair to decide on pending site visits. The committee of five members unanimously approved prior minutes and voted to give Chair Lili Dwight authority to approve site visits before the next meeting as the RFP process continues with timeline clarification pending from the Franklin Regional Council of Governments. Staff will follow up on the 60- or 90-day proposal window while the committee develops a resident survey on the Conway School project, exploring parking and frontage concerns, and identifies the need for senior housing options beyond the St.
James property to meet town demand.
