DEERFIELD — 1888 Building Advisory Committee reviews construction progress with $8,000 budget increase. The committee approved December minutes and heard from Robert Todisco, P3 Owner's Project Manager, that approved change orders have pushed the budget to $161,187, with a construction contingency balance of $1,403,913 and total uncommitted funds of $1,669,296. Three pending change orders--a $9,257 elevator modification, a seismic bracing adjustment awaiting engineering calculations, and a downspout size change--remain under discussion.
